What we offer:

Buena Vista Medical Services works with Personal Injury Attorneys to provide non-recourse prescription medications to accident victims on a lien or Letter of Protection (LOP) basis.

This means that we pay for all medication costs during treatment until the lawsuit or settlement is resolved and never attempt to collect from the patient directly, even if the case/claim is dropped.
